How many promade fans are in each tray?

• 8D 0.05mm trays have 480 promade fans per tray
• 6D 0.07mm trays have 400 promade fans per tray
• 4D 0.07mm trays have 440 promade fans per tray

How many sets you can do with 1 promade tray?

On average, we have about 100 natural lashes PER eye. Therefore, these calculations are based off of having 200 natural lashes in total.

• With a 8D tray you can do 2.4 full sets or 4.8 refills
• With a 6D tray you can do 2 full sets or 4 refills
• With a 4D tray you can do 2.2 full sets or 4.4 refills

Promades

The difference between promade fans and premade fans is that promade fans are mostly machine made and heat bonded at the base. Due to the machine technology used to make these fans, you will notice that every single fan is perfectly symmetrical which is why they are identical to one another. Part of the process is made by hand before putting them in the oven to bond them, but it is ultimately fully created by machine. Having heat bonded bases is a MUST because when you dip it in glue for the first time, that is the ONLY time it has ever been dipped in glue. This is what you want so that the fan can be a healthy weight when applied on the natural lash and so you can also have amazing retention.

Premades

Premade fans are 100% hand-made by the lash artist and glued at the base. They are then stored away by the lash artist so that they can be used once a client comes in to get their lashes done. Pre-making fans with glue bonded bases will affect the retention and health of the natural lashes. This is because the fan has to be glued TWICE when pre-making your own fans. The first time being to crystallize the fan and then a second time when it’s actually about to be used on a client to attach it to the natural lash. There are a lot of noticeable inconsistencies with each fan when being PRE-made, because it would be impossible for a human to pre-make their own fans while making sure they are 100% identical to every single other fan made.

Why choose flat long stem?

• Since the base is wide & flat, it fully surrounds the whole natural lash when applied, providing the widest range of contact & therefore resulting in A+ retention
• Healthy weight for the natural lashes as the lash fibres sit next to one another causing the fan to be WIDE and NOT thick! This results in the fan evenly dispersing it’s weight when attached to the natural lash!
