Do you have a pickup option?

Yes! Pickups are available Monday-Friday at 3PM EST ONLY. Pickups aren’t available on weekends/holidays. Please wait to receive your "Ready for Pickup" confirmation email before picking up.
Do you have bulk promo codes?

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed
What is the return/exchange policy?

Due to hygienic reasons and the nature of the lash industry we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on products.

After an order has been placed, we can not refund the order. Please make sure to double check your order before you place it.

All courses and E-book sales are final due to it being a digital product it may not be returned.
I put the wrong address for my order, what do I do?

Please contact us at inoueandtamanna@mauvella.info. If we haven't shipped it out, we are able to change the address. However, if the package is already shipped out, Mauvella Inc. will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept online payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Afterpay and Paypal. We also have Sezzle available as well.
How do I pay with Sezzle?

Please note, Sezzle only shows at checkout IF you're checking out in CAD dollars. If you are in the USA and you want to use Sezzle, please change your currency to CAD at the top of the page and then continue to checkout for the Sezzle option to show. If you are in the USA and are paying in CAD for the moment, it will convert to USD for you after the payment has gone through.

If Sezzle ins't showing up, please email us at inoueandtamanna@mauvella.info and we can create and send an invoice to you so that you can pay using Sezzle. The minimum amount of your order when sending an invoice specifically must be $35 USD/$50 CAD, and the maximum amount can be up to a total amount of $500 USD/CAD.

If you want to pay with Sezzle your order MUST be over $35 USD/$50 CAD for you to pay your total in 4 instalments. Anything under that amount will not work with the Sezzle checkout option. The order total may also not exceed over $2,500 USD/$2,500 CAD - although some orders may not qualify for the full maximum amount.

NOTE* If you pay through Sezzle, we do not and can not issue a refund.
How can I make more money as a lash artist?

By becoming an educator and selling an online lash course to your audience. This is going to provide you with a lot of profit as a lash artist! We have an online resellable lash course that you can buy once, and resell as many times as you'd like! Here is the link to read more about it!
Does Mauvella have a brand ambassador program?

Do I receive a certificate after the online beginner and/or refresher course?

Yes, these courses include a certificate upon completion. You'll need to complete the assigned homework. Once your work is reviewed and approved, you'll be awarded your certificate.
Does the online beginner and/or refresher courses include a kit?

Our courses offer two great options! Choose the "with kit" option to receive our starter kit along with the course, or select the "without kit" option if you prefer just the course itself.
Can I fully learn lashes with just an online course?

Yes! Our online courses are tailored to lash artists who want to learn online at their own pace and don’t want to rely on deadlines to have it completed by. Since it’s online, we made it our priority to make it as detailed as possible with a ton of visuals in the manuals, as well as video modules that dive deep into the industry explaining everything from the manual step-by-step to ensure you're filled with knowledge. Learning online is JUST as good as learning in person due to the way we were able to structure our online courses!
Can I get the course in a different language?

Our course is available in English only, however you can translate as you go through the course.
If I purchase the E-book, can I get a physical copy?

Our E-books are all digital so it is an online copy only.
I purchased an E-book, how do I access it?

You will receive a confirmation email titled "Mauvella Education Vault" where you receive a link to access the E-book. If you can't find it, email us at inoueandtamanna@mauvella.info.
What countries do you ship to?

Mauvella ships worldwide!!

Mauvella pays all duties for Canada, USA, and Australia orders. If you don't live in these specific countries, you will have to pay your own duties (if any).
How long does shipping take and what's the cost?

All orders placed after 3:00PM EST, will be shipped out the following business day.
