Do you have a pickup option?

Yes! Pickups are available Monday-Friday at 3PM EST ONLY. Pickups aren’t available on weekends/holidays. Please wait to receive your "Ready for Pickup" confirmation email before picking up.

Do you have bulk promo codes?

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed

What is the return/exchange policy?

Due to hygienic reasons and the nature of the lash industry we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on products.

After an order has been placed, we can not refund the order. Please make sure to double check your order before you place it.

All courses and E-book sales are final due to it being a digital product it may not be returned.

I put the wrong address for my order, what do I do?

Please contact us at inoueandtamanna@mauvella.info. If we haven't shipped it out, we are able to change the address. However, if the package is already shipped out, Mauvella Inc. will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
